Perhaps the most unusual thing about Doug Hampton's car is the Predator carburetor. He says it is a good piece and most folks that don't like them just don't have them set up right. The nice thing about them is they only open up as much as is needed for the engine's demand. Doug can pop the front wheels up on launch, although I didn't capture it in my pictures, and runs very respectable numbers for a full bodied flathead.
